Precinct planning starts for Akron Keystone

This month, Precinct by Simonds has been awarded a developer partner status at Keystone in Tarneit, a new community of over 850 households, by land developer Akron.

Partner status means Precinct will be rolling out a number of medium density precincts throughout the Keystone project of 300+ medium density households, that form part of this connected community.

Keystone is close to the heart of Tarneit which includes the future Riverdale shopping precinct. Even the Tarneit rail station is only a 20 minute walk away. Keystone is well positioned in the fast-growing western corridor outside Melbourne.

This partnership should see the first precinct planned homes become available by March 2020. The onsite build is hoped to be commenced by mid 2021.
